    • Text messages stop when the issue is resolved or you tell me that you no longer want to receive texts.

    • No mobile or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
    • All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

    "Backwater Update" App Privacy Policy:

    When using the App, the following information is captured:

    • Product ID - This is the Product Name
    • Product Revision - This is the Product Hardware Revision
    • Product Firmware - The current and new firmware revision
    • Product Configuration - This is any product specific configuration, and not user settings
