Return Policy

Our products are sold exclusively at our storefront, Backwater Warehouse. Our return policy is up to 30 days after ship date. While this is short, as a super-small company we believe that this amount of time is sufficient to determine whether or not you want to keep a product. If extenuating circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible.

Full Product Warranty

We warrant our products for 1 year from the date of purchase. If you have an issue with one of our products, contact us to see if we can help resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, then you need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). When you receive this, ship the item back to us at your expense. After we get a chance to review the situation, we will either repair and ship the product back to you, or replace with an equivalent product, if one exists. If no equivalent product exists, then your part will get shipped back to you. Return shipping is at our expense.

Limited Liability

We do the best to test our products, but our legal and financial liability ends at the purchase price of our products.

Lifetime Product Support

We will provide lifetime support of our product as long as it is technically feasible.

• When you call, I or my wife are the ones who answer the phone.
• We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will do our best to make you happy.
• Obviously we will not go bankrupt trying to make you happy, but we will do what we can.
• My promise to you is that while we may discontinue products for business purposes, if we ever truly go out of business, I will make the design files publicly available so that you aren't left high and dry.
